Shipping & Returns

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are determined by weight. We currently don't have real-time weight for every item entered so most items share the Standard Delivery option with a $8.00 flat rate shipping charge. Oversized or overweight items may incur an additional shipping fee. Any additional shipping fees are stated in the product description and will be calculated into the total at checkout.

Shipping Address:

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. You will be responsible for any costs incurred due to re-routing or returning of a shipment because of an incorrect address provided by you.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories:

Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories may be charged additional shipping fees.

International Shipping:

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Timeframe:

Orders for in stock items will usually ship within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted and given an approximate date of delivery.

Shipping Method:

Shipping is via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. If shipping is delayed for some reason, you will be notified immediately. When your package has shipped, you will receive an email that contains shipment and transit information. If your package does not arrive within 5 business days of the carrier's posted delivery date, please contact us so we can file a claim with the shipper.

Shipping Procedures:

All orders are shipped from our storefront location in San Luis Obispo, California. We reuse packaging and shipping materials whenever possible. In addition, we use post-consumer recycled and recyclable boxes, mailers, and void filler.

An invoice will be included with your shipment unless Bill To and Ship To addresses differ. In that case, we assume the order is a gift and we will not include an invoice unless otherwise requested.

If item(s) are a gift and you would like them to be gift wrapped, please select this during checkout, or email us. We can also include a personalized gift note if requested. We will handwrite this message on a cute Kraft card and include it with the package. If you have any other specific requests for the gift package, please call or email hello@shopecobambino.com.

In Store Pick Up:

When you order online, you may choose to pick up your order at our San Luis Obispo store location to save on shipping. If you desire this option, please choose the 'In Store Pickup' option at checkout. Our online check out still requires you to fill in the Shipping Address field, but to clarify, we will not be shipping your item(s). Orders must be picked up during our normal business hours. These hours are Monday through Saturday from 11am to 5pm and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm Pacific Standard Time.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your products arrive and are either damaged or defective, please contact us immediately by phone or email so we can arrange for a replacement. If a problem occurs with your item after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. You may contact us for manufacturer information if needed.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns will be accepted for online orders within 30 days of purchase date for exchange or store credit on normal-priced items only. All sales are final on sale/clearance items.

All products must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition, with all original packaging.

Please call or email us in advance before returning any products. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to write on the outside of your package and will be given return instructions. If possible, please include a copy of your packing list or invoice for quicker return processing. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We encourage you to insure your return package. EcoBambino is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

When your products are received and verified to be in new condition, you will receive a store credit for full cost of the items (less shipping/handling fees). We will call you to see if you would like to make an exchange or would like store credit in the form of a gift card for future use.

If the returned items do not fully meet our standards, a minimum 20% restocking fee will apply. We reserve the right to refuse returns due to quality of returned items.
