Yes! If you select local pickup at checkout you can pick up your items in-store or curbside. If you prefer curbside pickup please pull into the passenger loading zone in front of our shop at 863 Monterey Street and give us a call. We will run your order right out!

You may modify or cancel your order by email or phone within 24 hours for no additional charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped then our return policies apply. See our Shipping & Returns page for more information.

If you have ordered a backordered item, we will contact you immediately. You will be given the option of an exchange, store credit, refund, or to wait for the backordered item.

You may place your order on our website, in person at our brick & mortar shop, or over the phone.

We would love to help you figure it out. It is a big decision! We have several floor models of the strollers and car seats we carry and we would love to give you an in-person demonstration, no appointment necessary. If you are not local, please give us a call and we can answer any questions to help guide you or even set up a virtual meeting.

You receive 1 point for every $1 spent with us. You can view your points at any time by signing into your account and then clicking the green star in the bottom right corner of the website.

Points can be redeemed for $5 (400 points) and $10 (500 points) off coupons. To redeem in-store, tell us your name and we will take care of it before you pay. To redeem online, click the green star and then click "Redeem" on the coupon you would like to use.
